“Commercial Industrial Bank Ltd” works successfully as a universal commercial bank on the Ukrainian financial market for more than 10 years and renders the full range of banking services for corporate and private clients.
It was incorporated by the National Bank of Ukraine on December 4, 1993, its registration number was 219.

The banking license of the National Bank of Ukraine No.186 and Authorization No.186-1 dated December 14, 2001 allow the bank to carry out a complete list of banking operations in national and foreign currency on the local and international financial markets.
As of August 1, 2004 net assets of the bank amounted to 89,6 million UAH, the growth was twofold as compared to the beginning of the year, shareholder’s equity of the bank amounted 31,2 million UAH, net profit from the beginning of 2004 amounted 1,1 million UAH (USD/UAH – 1/5,3150).
Priority of investment and credit activity of the bank, according to adopted strategy, is to contribute greatly to found present day production with use of high technology in Ukraine. Since 2000 the bank is an investor of the Program of creation and development of holographic protective elements production in Ukraine.

In a segment of retail business the priority for the bank is issuance and service of the payment cards of the international payment systems. The principal membership in the international payment system MasterCard Europe and the associated membership in VISA Int. make for the high level of the business development and wide spectrum of the card products proposed by the bank. Since 2000 the Commercial Industrial Bank has been deeply ranked among the leaders of Ukrainian banks on emitted cards amount.
Disposing of wide network of the direct correspondent accounts in the first-class banks of the USA, the Great Britain, Germany, Switzerland, Russia, as well as in Ukrainian banks, up-to-date systems of communication and telecommunication, including SWIFT and Reuters, the Commercial Industrial Bank provides its clients with the better terms for their foreign economic activity service.
Stability and liability of the bank is confirmed by rigorous execution of standard requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine, as well as audit results of financial banking accounting. Since 1998 the bank annually passes the full audit on the basis of the international standards following the principle of absolute business clarity: during five years international auditing company KPMG was the official auditor for the bank, since 2003 Deloitte & Touche USC has been auditing the bank’s accounting.
