Tetiana Putintseva
Chairman of the Management Board

Ms. Tetiana has more than 20 years of experience in banking, 13 of which have been in management positions. She started as an economist at the outlet, and a few years later was the head of one of the outlets of "PrivatBank". Since 2006, Tetiana Volodymyrivna has held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Pivdencombank.

During her career, she worked in the management team of Prominvestbank PJSC, Swedbank JSC, TAS-Commerzbank JSCB, and CB Pivdencombank OJSC. Since 2013, she has held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of TASCOMBANK JSC — head of the Eastern Region.

She has been chairman of the Management Board of COMINBANK since April 2018.

Graduated from Donetsk State University of Economics and Trade with a degree in Accounting and Audit, qualification of "Economist". Then she received a diploma from the Donetsk State Academy of Management, majoring in "Finance". In September 2022, Tetiana Putintseva was awarded the degree of PhD in Management and Administration, majoring in finance, banking and insurance.

Liliia Ovcharova
First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board

Liliia Ovcharova was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board in December 2017 and is responsible for the Bank's business line. Her experience in banking is about 17 years. Prior to joining COMINBANK JSC, Liliia Ovcharova held senior positions in TASCOMBANK JSC and Prominvestbank PJSC .

Education: Donetsk State University of Economics and Trade. Specialty "Accounting and Audit".

Denys Matviienko
Deputy Chairman of the Management Board

Education: Complete higher education, Kyiv National Economic University, majoring in "Banking"
 
He has been working in the banking industry since 2001. He has experience in business development, financial and economic analysis, and risk management. He worked at Ukrsotsbank JSCB, Credit Agricole Bank JSC, Sberbank JSC, Bank Unison PJSC, TASCOMBANK JSC.
Since December 2019 - Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Joint Stock Company "COMINBANK".

Borys Rafalovych
Deputy Chairman of the Management Board

He has been working in the banking industry for 14 years, including 12 years in senior positions. Worked in "OTP Bank" JSC, "Platinum Bank" PJSC, "TASCOMBANK" JSC, "Bank Sich" JSC

 Education: graduated from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics, specialty "Finance".

Serhii Khorkov
Deputy Chairman of the Management Board

Serhii has 22 years of experience in the banking sector, including 16 years in management positions. He worked at JSC Swedbank and JSC PUMB.

Education: graduated from Donetsk State University, speciality "Finance and Credit".

Vasyl Kolesnyk
CFO, member of the Management Board

Education: graduated from Kyiv National Economic University, specialty "Finance and Credit".

Total work experience in the banking industry is 26 years. He worked at Energobank JSB, CB Nadra OJSC, Erde Bank OJSC, and Bank Forward PJSC.

Svitlana Denysenko
Chief accountant

18 years of experience in the banking indusrtry, including 13 years in senior positions. She worked at Alliance Bank JSCB, "Ukrainian Professional Bank" OJSC, "Swedbank" OJSC, and "Energobank" PJSC.

Education: Kyiv National Economic University, Ernst & Young Academy of Business. ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR).
